Wellbeing at The Weekend

Using art and creativity to support wellbeing is at the heart of what we did here at Everybody Arts. To support people through the particularly difficult time of the Covid-19 pandemic, we shared 28 weeks of weekly wellbeing emails, filled with activities, ideas, and inspiration to help people relax, unwind, and recharge.

Whether they needed to wind down at the end of a busy week or recharge in preparation for the week to come, there was something for everyone. The activities offered a gentle way to explore creativity and could largely be done with materials people had at home.
