Your information is securely stored.
We keep any personal information collected for the duration of your engagement with our organisation plus 5 years. We will then dispose of your information by conducting a search across our digital and physical records and deleting and or shredding information.
You are entitled to access your data under the EU 2018 General Data Protection Regulations. You may also report any inaccuracies or ask for your data to be deleted from our databases.

Our Website collects information from people who use it in a number of ways.

When customers or participants make a booking, enquiry, sign up to a mailing list or complete an application or survey within our website information is also collected via linked forms.
Within our building
We ask all visitors to our building to sign in and out. This is for security and fire safety purposes.
Over email
We collect personal information when you email our organisation. For example using your data to make a manual enrolment onto our courses or workshops.
Over the phone
We may ask for personal information when you email our organisation. For example using your data to reserve your place on an upcoming event.
Face to face
We may ask for personal information when you visit our organisation or engage with our offers or services. For example cross referencing our registers.
The purpose of the collection of this information is required to enable Artworks to supply the services we offer.
How we use your information
The personal data collected by Everybody Arts will only be used for the purpose of supplying our goods or services, monitoring our work, internal administration and evidencing to our funders and partners. Details given by individuals/customers will be stored securely in protected databases.
Only users who have voluntarily subscribed to our mailing list will receive newsletters.
The information that is collected will not be used to build customer profiles that are based on users browsing history and activity. In addition Everybody Arts will not work with any third party to collect data about our users or share information with third parties.
Our website does contain links to external websites. Everybody Arts would encourage all users who click on these links to read the respective privacy policies of those organisations as these may be different to that of our own.
