Workshop Details

This is the perfect workshop for a bit of time out enjoying nature and having fun creating playful drawings and prints. You will be supplied with some carefully grown succulents and house plants, quirky thrifted pots and all the materials you need.

On this creative journey from plant to print you will be guided through the following steps:

Step 1: Potting up your new succulent or house plant.

Step 2: Developing your ideas through illustrative drawing and collage.

Step 3: Creating your own monoprints and and lino prints.

Then you can take home your new plant friend and a bundle of your own plant prints!

Who is the course for?

The workshop is for public and voluntary sector workers in Calderdale. Places must be booked through Calderdale Cares 4 Us.

Who will lead the workshop?

Artist educator Esther Tait will lead the session.

When will the workshop take place?

The workshop will run for three hours between 6.00 and 9.00 pm on Thursday 23rd February 2023.
