Workshop Details
Have you always wanted to try life drawing, but might prefer a clothed model? This one-off life drawing workshop will focus on the drapery of clothing on the human figure, rather than the nude form. You will learn how to draw the both the figure and drapery using a variety of approaches.
This session will guide you through a variety of drawing techniques to help broaden your approach to drawing the body. The session will start with some quick warm up poses, and then move into some longer poses, where you will be able to focus in on more details of the figure.
All materials are provided including paper and a variety of charcoal, graphite and chalk.
Who is the workshop for?
The workshop is for public and voluntary sector workers in Calderdale. Places must be booked through Calderdale Cares 4 Us.
Who will lead the workshop?
Artist educator Suman Kaur will lead the session.
