New Resource Booklet - Creative Ideas for Self Care

We’re excited to publish our latest printed resource booklet which includes ten creative ideas, activities and methods that can be used to support your mental, emotional or physical health, all designed by artists.

Thanks to funding gratefully received from Calderdale Community Foundation we are able to offer these books for free to anyone using art to support their mental health and wellbeing living in Calderdale.

Booklets can be collected from Artworks or posted with a £3 charge to cover the postage costs.
