On-site learning is back!
We are excited to introduce a new series of on-site workshops created and delivered by a host of skilled artist educators.
Designed to be both inspirational and instructional, each sessions is grounded in the artists practice and the processes they use.
So, whether you are looking to polish up your creative skills, kick-start a new career, get out and about or bring some balance to your life, we’re sure you’ll find something here to suit.
For guidance and information relating to how we are making on-site learning as safe as possible please see the Covid 19: Visitor Guidance at the bottom of this page.

Inspired by our new exhibition ‘From the Folde: Botanical Alchemy’ by Fiona Pickles, join us for a creative afternoon this Autumn time, exploring the wonders of nature through drawing.
Through looking at the beauty of imperfect nature like seed heads, flowers and leaves, participants will be developing their sketching, colour washing and ink techniques to produce experimental and playful mixed media pieces of work.
Who is the Workshop for?
The workshop is suitable for adults, from beginners to those who have experience with drawing but want to explore new techniques.
Who will lead the course?
Artist educator Sarah O’Boyle will lead the course.
When will the Workshop take place?
Saturday 4th November, 1 - 4pm
This workshop is part of a series of three ‘Drawing From Nature’ workshops.
Booking all three will be cheaper per session.
