booking information Important Booking Information Please fill out the form below to ensure that we have all relevant and important information for the school art workshop you have booked. What time can the artist arrive to set up for the session? Is there a parking space available for the artist? Which room will the session take place in? What are the usual timings of your school breaks? How many school teachers and support staff will be in the session? Do you require a copy of the artist’s DBS check, and do they need to bring any additional ID on the day? Do your students have any particular additional needs we should know about? Is there any other information you would like to share?
