What's on for wellbeing

Mental Health Awareness Week is taking place this week (9 - 15 May 2022) and we want to encourage you to take some time to focus on your own wellbeing.

Below you’ll find a simple creative activity that uses elements of nature to create a beautiful piece of art. You'll also find information about activities and exhibitions taking place across Calderdale to support and celebrate mental health awareness.
