World Mental Health Day

10 October is World Mental Health Day and is an opportunity to focus on our mental health and spread awareness about the importance of looking after it.

Get creative

5-minute portrait

Get together with a friend or family member and create a 5-minute portrait. It’s a great way to complete all five ‘Ways to Wellbeing’ which have been researched and developed by the New Economics Foundation. You can find out more about this on the Mind website.

Art from nature

Try out our simple 'Art from nature' activity. Go for a walk in your local area if you’re able and see what you can forage, then build your own unique creations!
